The agreement
By using Keelix Cloud you agree to these terms. The Keelix CLI is separately licensed under Apache-2.0 and is free to use; these terms govern the hosted dashboard and any paid plan.
Acceptable use
You may only scan hosts you own or are explicitly authorized to assess. You must not use Keelix to probe third-party systems without permission, to attempt to access other tenants' data, or to circumvent plan limits.
Plans, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Plan limits and entitlements are enforced server-side.
No warranty for findings
Keelix reports security posture on a best-effort basis using deterministic checks. It does not guarantee that a passing scan means you are free of vulnerabilities, and it is not a substitute for a full security audit or penetration test. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your organization at any time from Settings → Danger Zone; data is hard-erased 30 days after deletion.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
